Shipping Times Orders are processed and delivered within 4-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders across the United States. No minimums, no exceptions.

Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier delays. These are outside our control but we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us at support@coppervero.com within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
